DESCRIPTION:We are looking forward to spending the day with you while you show us all about health\, wellness and beauty! \nWe have been running a slew of digital ads through google and facebook. You can find the facebook event on our facebook page. Click the link below and share the Facebook Event with your friends! The more attendees we have\, the better. \nMove-In will begin at 8:30 AM \nEach Booth is a 10′ By 10′ Area with One 8 Foot Table and Two Chairs \nThe tables do not have linens\, so if you need to order linens please let me know. \nIn order to create an open concept with the booths and the presentation stage\, we chose not to offer pipe and drape to close off the booth area. This way\, the entire hall has the benefit of the presentations on the stage. \nGuests will enter through the front of the building and the stage is on the far right wall. \nGuests will be able to meander throughout the exhibits and make their way to the presentation stage. \nThe St. Tammany Be Well Bus will be outside in the parking lot offering free cancer screenings. \nThe blood center will have chairs set up inside in order to be more successful at getting donations for blood. \nThere is a list of food items in the magazine that the Northshore Food Bank needs. Please feel free to ask your invitees to bring food items for the Food Bank. \nYou can stop by the Inspire Health Table to get your name badges. \nWe have a menu from Live Fit Nutrition so you can order food prior to the event and it will be delivered to you at your booth.
