We launched our Eat Well, Live Well Cooking Demonstration series yesterday to a full house at the Samaritan Center’s new location on Girod Street and enjoyed a wonderful meal with Del Porto’s Chef Dave Solazzo. It was a wonderful demonstration and thanks to the American Heart Association and Go Red for Women member, Amy Brumfield, we were able to provide a box of all the ingredients for the Ratatouille with Gulf Shrimp to each of the 40 participants present. And lots of social media shares about the event. We’re working to coordinate our next demonstration now!
